Background in SEND and ready to use your experience in a new way? We're looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our education recruitment team, supporting schools and settings by placing high-quality SEND professionals.

This role is ideal for former SEND teachers, TAs, LSAs, support workers or SENCOs who want to stay connected to SEND education - while stepping away from the classroom.

What you'll be doing:

• Sourcing and supporting SEND professionals across schools and settings
• Building strong, trusted relationships with candidates
• Matching people to roles based on experience, needs and preferences
• Supporting SEND vacancies from brief through to placement
• Working closely with a collaborative, supportive team

What we're looking for:

• Experience working in SEND or inclusive education
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive and people-focused
• A genuine passion for supporting SEND pupils and professionals
