Vivid Resourcing are working with an SRA regulated law firm in Manchester who are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Sales and purchases of properties
• Lease renewals
• Transfer of equity
• Deed of gift

Contract length - 3 month rolling

Weekly hours: 37

Office presence: one day in office per week

Rate: 40-50ph
