I am working on a role in the South East with a client's working arrangements offering 80% remote working and 20% in the office. It's dealing with setting up their new property database for estates, asset management, and facilities. So will involve data cleansing, data input, adding fields, reading and scaning relevant document etc. Along with adding rent reports and payment details to also include reminders on rent review and lease extensions. You will also need to project manage to train other people on how to use/input using this. This will involve commercial property, asset management, and facilities. This role would be on a 12 month basis.

Supported Housing Officer Location: NW London Rate: £19-20 Per Hour Contract: 6 Months Contract Working Pattern: On-patch, community-based (daily presence required) I m currently recruiting for an experienced Supported Housing Officer on behalf of a housing provider delivering frontline support to vulnerable adults in the community. This is a patch-based role , requiring daily visits and face-to-face engagement with residents. Vivid are currently working on an interim Principal Quantity Surveyor position with an organisation in the North of Scotland predominantly working on commercial work with the likes of schools and educational properties to manage the assets which is around £6-7 million per year. This will deal with the likes of windows, doors, roofs, walls etc. You will need experience of managing as you will be managing a team of 3 QS Assistants, and a few Clerk of Works. The role will be dealing in all aspects managing the assets including cost estimating, financial management of assets, procurement, tendering, payments, scoping reports etc. This is a hybrid role with more presence expected in the summer months as this is when schools will be on holiday. There is a monthly progress meeting which you will need to attend. For the right person they are happy to look at a working model that suits. Would be good if you have worked with JCT or NEC and have Scottish contract knowledge. This would be on an initial 6 month contract and they are looking to get budget sign off on Thursday with the role potentially allowing for Outside IR35. Regarding the working arrangements, this would be very flexible to work around potential candidates needing to commute.

What you'll do on a typical day: Carry out initial assessments of tenants, identify their support needs and seek to obtain support to meet those needs Ensure tenants remain safe in their home and community and are referred to services that can enhance their physical and mental wellbeing Review support plans periodically Maintain regular contact with tenants to monitor their welfare, health and wellbeing and deal with any concerns as appropriate Liaise with tenants, their families and other internal and external partner organisations as appropriate Report and monitor on site repairs Undertake smoke alarm and emergency pull cord checks.
