ERP Business Systems Manager
Do you want to lead one of the Council's most critical digital platforms and drive meaningful organisational transformation? We're looking for an ERP Business Systems Manager to shape, evolve, and optimise our enterprise systems so they continue to support a modern, efficient, and data driven Council.
About the Role
As our ERP Business Systems Manager, you will oversee the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of the Council's ERP solution and all associated components. You'll act as the Design Authority for the platform, ensuring that every change, enhancement, and integration aligns with organisational standards, governance expectations, and long term direction.
You will lead the ERP Team, provide expert guidance to stakeholders, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure that the system remains robust, compliant, and fit for the future.
What You'll Be DoingYou'll bring strong leadership ability, excellent technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of ERP systems (preferably Agresso).
What You'll NeedThis is your chance to take ownership of a mission critical digital platform and help modernise how services across the Council operate. You will be central to ensuring our ERP solution remains stable, scalable, and aligned to the needs of a changing organisation, while supporting the delivery of better outcomes for staff, partners, and the community we serve.
