We ve tried to build an AI Marketing Executive, but the team complained because it wouldn t be able to do a round & get the teas in. So, we are looking for a human Marketing Executive, even though we are an AI focused software & technology company. Funny how things go, eh.


So, if you are an actual human, with experience in B2B Marketing (demand generation / lead focused, primarily) can you come & work for us, please? We promise AI won t take your job . Probably.


We are small ( 20), but growing AI focused software company, based in Leeds, who like tea & AI.


Job title: B2B Marketing Executive. Marketing Assistant maybe? (You ll be working with the experienced Marketing Manager on stuff)

Salary: £32K Basic + Bonus + Benefits package. Flexibility here, but not too much, or we ll just go back to the AI robot.

Location: Leeds. Central. 7.4 mins walk from the train station, approx. We do hybrid work: 2 or 3 days in the office / 2 or 3 days from home (flexible) We all like each other, so value our office time together.


The Role


We re looking for a Marketing Executive to (primarily) support our demand generation activity and help drive high-quality leads into the business.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone early in their B2B marketing career who wants practical experience in lead generation, campaign execution and marketing operations, rather than traditional brand-only marketing. You ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, where you ll have real impact and help deliver campaigns that directly support business growth. She is pretty awesome.


You should have about 2+ years experience in B2B marketing, be comfortable with HubSpot or comparable CRM / marketing automation platforms & be an actual human.


We are looking for a demand generation, growth marketing, performance marketing type person who will drive high-quality leads into the business. However, we are a small, growing company, so you ll get involved in all aspects of marketing too!
