We are currently seeking a dedicated Team Secretary to join the Adult Mental Health and Learning Disability Team based at Gransha Park on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. This is a temporary position for a minimum of 3 months, with the potential for extension. The role offers a rate of pay of £12.75 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage diaries, including arranging meetings, appointments, and venues
Type correspondence, reports, and documents accurately
Take minutes at meetings and maintain accurate records
Handle telephone and face-to-face enquiries professionally and confidentially
Maintain files, databases, and general office systems
What we need from you
At least 6 months' experience in a secretarial or administrative role
Excellent typing and organisational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively as part of a busy healthcare team
