Children's Residential Support Workers required for a care facility in Bangor, supporting children and young people ages 10-17 with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. This role will be for 6 months with possible extension and offers 37.5 hours per week, working on a rota from Monday to Sunday, with a variety of shifts available depending on the needs of the service. The pay rate ranges from £12.75 to £25.41 per hour, depending on the shift worked and banding level. Shifts Include: 7.15am-3pm, 2pm-10pm, 7.15am-10pm, waking nights and, where required, a combination of long days, waking nights and sleep in shifts. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the young people, promoting their independence and wellbeing, and assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, cooking and cleaning.
