Commercial Gas Engineer

£55,000 - £57,000 basic D2D (door-to-door) travel Time and a half pay after 8 hours, including travel Call-out rota of 1 in 9/10 weeks with a standby rate of £125 per week!

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair work on commercial gas systems across a variety of premises.
  • Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and industry standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Participate in a call-out rota (1 in 9/10 weeks).
  • Travel to job sites across London (70%) and the M25 area (30%).
Day-to-Day
  • Travel to various job sites to carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Work on a range of systems, including those in cinemas, gyms, AHUs, residential properties, district heating systems and more.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
  • Time-served Commercial Gas Engineer with valid and up-to-date gas tickets.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of commercial gas systems.
  • Reliable and committed to long-term employment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving license.
