Salary - £21.00 - £26.00 per hour DOE

The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Human Resources Business Partner to join their HR team on a interim basis. This role will work closely with senior leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support, helping to drive people initiatives that align with business objectives.

As a trusted advisor, you will support managers across the full employee lifecycle, influencing leadership decisions and supporting organisational performance and culture.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver HR strategy aligned to business goals
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and absence
  • Support organisational change, restructures, and workforce planning
  • Coach and develop managers to build leadership capability
  • Lead on key HR projects and initiatives, including engagement and wellbeing
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and compliantly
  • Use people data and insight to inform decision-making
  • Support talent management, succession planning, and development initiatives
About You
  • Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar advisory role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels
  • Commercially aware with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
  • CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or working towards
  • Experience within sector e.g. property, professional services, corporate, public sector
  • Experience supporting change and transformation projects
