About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team delivering a major highways infrastructure project in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile scheme that will significantly improve transport connectivity in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial management of the project, including cost planning, forecasting, and reporting
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, tender evaluations, and contract administration
  • Ensure accurate measurement, valuation, and agreement of work packages
  • Monitor project performance and advise on cost-saving opportunities
  • Prepare and manage claims, variations, and final account documentation
  • Ensure compliance with NEC contract requirements
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to support successful delivery

About You

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience working on highways or major civil engineering projects
  • Strong understanding of NEC contracts (NEC3 or NEC4)
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider project team
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to best practice in commercial management

Salary is upto 55,000k + package.
