Job Description
A position has arisen to work within corprorate contract catering for a Sous Chef.
Working second-in-command, managing daily kitchen operations, high-volume food production, and team supervision to ensure consistent quality and safety standards. They assist the Head Chef with menu development, inventory control, and staff training.
Requires, great eye to detail, excellent customer service, working with a team that are very work family orientated. A great place to work with a great team
