A leading UK food group is seeking a Head of IT & Data Management to drive digital transformation, automation, and data strategy across its operations. This is a hands on leadership role blending strategy with execution, overseeing IT infrastructure, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud adoption, and intelligent automation initiatives.

• Define and deliver IT & Data strategy aligned with business growth.
• Oversee IT operations and manage third party suppliers.
• Drive automation (RPA, low code) and digital enablement.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation and optimisation.
• Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance.
• Build and lead a high performing IT & Data team.

• Senior IT leadership experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Azure, and automation platforms.
• Proven track record in IT modernisation and digital transformation.
