As a Manager in our CMT Strategy & Consulting team, you'll lead diverse, high performing teams to shape and deliver strategies that unlock growth, improve performance and enable transformation at scale. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, support your team's development, and bring creativity and structure to every engagement. You'll also contribute to our go to market strategy and help evolve our internal practice - building your leadership experience and impact along the way.
In this role you will:We are looking for the following profiles and skills:
You may come from consulting, internal strategy or transformation teams, or from an established platform provider within the relevant industry sector. Candidates will have experience in Business to Business (B2B) segments, e.g. SMB, MNC, Enterprise. You'll bring knowledge of the B2B customer lifecycle value chain as part of your strong consulting toolkit with experience around sales and/or service transformation and an expertise / point of view that will be relevant to our clients' business context. You will be comfortable working with ambiguity and have a track record of driving measurable client impact.
We expect candidates at this level to have relevant B2B strategy, project/programme, or operational experience in at least one of the Telecoms, Media and Software & Platforms industries.
