Location: Hybrid - Essex / London
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 + benefits

Overview

We're looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Specialist to join a fast growing MSP / Consultancy to deliver cloud and infrastructure projects for a wide range of customers across the South East. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role within a consultancy environment, working across cloud, networking, and modern workplace technologies.

You'll be responsible for project delivery, technical escalation, and supporting pre-sales where needed - always with customer experience front of mind.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver cloud, network, and infrastructure projects (minor & major)
• Act as a technical escalation point for junior engineers
• Support pre-sales with solution design, surveys, and technical input
• Onboard new clients and ensure smooth handover to support teams
• Ensure SLA commitments and service quality are met
• Participate in out-of-hours support rota (optional)

Required Experience

• 3+ years' experience in an MSP or IT consultancy environment
• Proven delivery of cloud projects including:
  • Microsoft 365 migrations
  • Azure deployments
  • SharePoint Online, Intune, Teams
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities

Technical Stack (Full Scope)

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams)
• Azure (identity, compute, networking, security)
• Intune / Endpoint Management
• On-prem infrastructure (servers, networking, storage, virtualisation)
• Cloud & security technologies
• Networking, connectivity, firewalls, and general MSP tooling

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Azure / 365 certifications
• VMware (VCP), ITIL
• Strong documentation and process mindset
