A leading recruitment agency is assisting a local authority in the Southwest of England in their search for a Principal Planning Officer. This role is offered on an initial 12-month basis and focuses on progressing major planning applications. The successful candidate should possess significant experience in Development Management, preferably with a Planning Degree, and will aid in managing large scale strategic applications. Flexible working arrangements are available, with a pay rate of £60 per hour.
