Job Title: Secondary Maths Teacher (Qualified)
Pay rate: £160.00 £260.00 per day
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Secondary Maths Teacher in the Birmingham area.

Job requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Extensive experience teaching Secondary Maths
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Ability to provide two years employer references
• Adaptable, nurturing teaching approach
• Strong understanding of inclusive practice

Role responsibilities:
• Deliver Maths lessons aligned to the National Curriculum
• Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs
• Support continuity of education during periods of absence from mainstream schooling
• Work collaboratively with a wider professional team
• Monitor and record pupil progress sensitively and accurately
• Maintain a calm, supportive, and engaging learning environment
