Job Description

I'm looking for a Customers Orders Administrator to start a temp project asap to get settled in during Jan/Feb and just in time for their busy period during March/April.

This would be a fantastic opportunity to get 3+ months of experience working with an international company who deal with some of the biggest companies and brands across the world - Based in their Houghton Regis offices.

In this role you'd be focussed on responding to tickets/queries and processing orders.

You'd be working in fun and high-energy team and they are very open to someone coming in with a positive and can-do attitude as a priority, if you've got previous admin or customer service experience this would be very useful, but equally this project would suit a graduate level candidate as well.

This is a fully office-based role and you'll be working closely with the site based team in Houghton Regis, typically working a Monday to Friday and 9am to 5.30pm week.

As a temp you'd be paid weekly, every Friday, and it would be at an hourly rate of 13 per hour + holiday accrual.

Duties:

  • Responding to emails, tickets and phone enquiries.
  • Setting up new accounts.
  • Processing orders and raising invoices.

Candidate requirements:

  • Must be able to travel and get to an office based in Houghton Regis
  • Administration skills, experience with MS and Outlook packages essential.
  • Confident in speaking with customers in way of tickets, email or a phone call.
  • High levels of both accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communicator both verbal and written - excellent telephone manner.
  • Team player who works well with others; both in their team and the wider company.
