Employment Solicitor - Legal 500
Location: Bristol - Flexible hybrid Remote options available
Salary: 40-55,000+
OVERVIEW
Join a busy and expanding Legal 500 employment team at a national firm. The team advises major employers across a range of sectors and is growing due to sustained client demand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Running a case load of Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting pleadings, drafting witness statements, negotiating settlements and advising on settlement agreements, and instructing counsel or advocates as necessary.
-Complying with insurer service level agreements.
-Supporting the employment team with non-contentious work, including provision of contractual documentation, handbooks and other employment documentation, together with provision of reactive and proactive employment advice to commercial clients.
-Participating in marketing initiatives, including writing updates on employment law and providing training sessions to clients.
ABOUT YOU
-Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or FCILEx
-Experience in employment law
-Prior experience running your own caseload
