As a Social Worker in our Out of Hours Service, you'll be at the frontline of safeguarding and supporting vulnerable adults during times of crisis. This is a role where your expertise and quick thinking will make a real difference - providing urgent interventions, protecting individuals from harm, and ensuring they receive the right support when they need it most.
You'll work collaboratively with partner agencies and use your professional judgment to deliver solutions that promote dignity, independence, and empowerment. Every decision you make will have a lasting impact on improving lives and shaping safer futures.

Please note: This is a 24/7 service. You'll work a shift pattern including early, late and sleep-in shifts, every other weekend and Bank Holidays, with enhancements paid in line with Hampshire County Council salary policy.
