As a People Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, embedding people priorities into strategic decisions and change programmes. From organisational redesign to complex TUPE transfers, you'll ensure every transition is delivered with clarity, fairness, and pace. You'll use workforce insights to shape decisions, coach leaders to lead confidently through change, and champion wellbeing and inclusion at every stage.

What will you be doing.The location for this role is 16 Summer Lane, Birmingham, B19 3SD with at least 2 days a week spent in the office and/or appropriate to the role.
