Working closely with internal teams across Sales, Design, Scenic, Technical, Projects, Operations, and Finance, you will help deliver seamless client experiences. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and new business development.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders
Acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of events and projects
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Collaborating with the Sales team
Conducting client meetings and site visits as appropriate
Providing updates to the Directors on account performance
Delivering after-sales support
Previous experience in an Account Manager or client-facing sales role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
