• Identify bottlenecks, friction points, and inefficiencies across all business functions
• Map existing workflows, and co design improved systems with internal teams
• Build and deploy AI powered and automated workflows to remove repetitive manual work
• Design simple, intuitive systems that replace complex multi step processes
• Lead cross functional projects from concept through rollout and adoption
• Evaluate and integrate third party tools and decide when to build versus buy solutions
• Create and maintain coherent internal systems architecture and data flows
