• Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 16:00pm
• Full-time, temporary position
• Based in the L36 area
• 95 - 110 day rate

What you'll be doing:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for learners with EHCPs and SEN
• Support with personal care where required
• Help manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour
• Encourage engagement, independence and positive outcomes

What you'll need:

• Experience supporting learners with EHCPs and SEN
• Confidence delivering personal care
• Experience managing challenging behaviour
• Enhanced DBS or be open to processing one
