Job Description
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Monitor and maintain quality control processes to meet product standards.
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve workflow and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production area.
- Train and support production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Track and report on production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage resources effectively, including equipment, materials, and personnel.
- Address and resolve any production-related issues promptly and efficiently.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Production Supervisor should have:
- Experience in supervising manufacturing or industrial production processes.
- Strong knowledge of engineering and manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and health and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
