They are now looking for a Business Canvasser with proven lettings experience to support their growth by engaging with landlords and property owners.

The Role of the Business Canvasser Property Telesales:

• Contact prospective landlords and property owners using the internal CRM and additional lead sources
• Build relationships and present the company s lettings and property management services
• Secure new instructions and grow the managed property portfolio
• Maintain accurate records of activity and progress within the CRM
• Work closely with the lettings team to ensure smooth onboarding of new business

The Person:

• Experience within the lettings industry is essential, ideally with knowledge of the London market
• Confident, articulate and professional telephone manner
• Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative approach
• Results-driven, motivated, and able to work independently
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a pipeline of opportunities

• Basic salary of up to £28,000
• Uncapped commission structure with strong OTE potential
