They are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant - Accounts Payable to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional to play a key role in the day-to-day accounts payable function within a supportive and collaborative environment. The Role of the Finance Officer Assistant Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable activities, while supporting wider finance operations as required. Key Responsibilities: Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner Matching, batching and coding invoices Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong supplier relationships Preparing and processing payment runs Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies Maintaining accurate accounts payable records Assisting with month-end processes where required Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties About You Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Assistant role Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Good organisational and time management skills Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Systems Experience: Experience with CFP Winman is highly desirable but not essential Good working knowledge of finance systems and Microsoft Excel
