Job Title: Electrician - Social Housing (Immediate Start)
Location: Dereham / King's Lynn area (must live within 45 minutes)
Contract: 6 weeks initially (potential extension)
Start Date: Within 48 hoursHours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 or 08:30-16:30No call-outs, no weekends
About the Role
We are urgently seeking a qualified Electrician to join our team for reactive maintenance work within social housing properties. You will work in pairs to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance services across the Dereham and King's Lynn areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out reactive electrical maintenance in social housing properties.
- Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards.
- Work collaboratively as part of a two-person team.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed.
Qualifications:
- 18th Edition
- 2391 Testing & Inspecting
- AM2
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
Other:
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Ability to pass a Basic DBS check
- Must reside within 45 minutes of Dereham/King's Lynn
