Sythwood celebrates children and staff from a range of ethnicities and cultures. Around 60% of children learn English as an Additional Language. Sythwood is a truly inclusive school. The number of children with additional needs is higher than average. The significant areas of needs are: Moderate Learning Difficulty, Speech, Language and Communication and Vision Impairment. We are fortunate at Sythwood to be based on a large area of land with truly excellent facilities. Each phase is in a separate building with a communal assembly and dining hall. We have a diverse Copse, where children learn forest skills; an outdoor gym; games area and much more.
