An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy and expanding Commercial Property department within a well-established commercial law firm based in Leicester.
The team advises a broad and high-quality client base, including national organisations and prominent regional businesses, on a wide range of commercial real estate matters. The work is varied and engaging, covering both freehold and leasehold transactions across multiple sectors.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of commercial property matters, including:
Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
Landlord and tenant matters
Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and associated documentation
Advising business clients on a range of commercial property issues
You will be expected to deliver a high standard of technical advice and client care, while building and maintaining strong client relationships. There will also be opportunities to support business development and the growth of existing client relationships.
Qualified Solicitor with solid commercial property experience, ideally gained within a recognised commercial property team
3-5 years' PQE preferred, though candidates at all levels will be considered
Able to manage a caseload with a good degree of autonomy
Commercially aware, proactive and client-focused
Interested in long-term career development within a growing team
