Interim Estates Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Interim Estates Surveyor to support the effective management of a local authority property portfolio.

RICS is not essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage landlord and tenant matters across a diverse property portfolio
• Lead on lease renewals, rent reviews, and lease negotiations
• Support property disposals, and asset management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and local authority procedures
• Manage external agents and professional advisers where required

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estates Surveyor, ideally within a local authority or public sector setting
• Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law and estate management practices
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
