Commercial Property Solicitor
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

Experience: 2-6 years' PQE (Commercial Property)

The Opportunity
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing
- Advise clients on landlord and tenant matters, property development, and acquisitions/disposals
- Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation
- Conduct due diligence, title investigations, and property searches
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth completion
- Deliver clear, pragmatic advice to business owners, investors, and developers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm, with opportunities for business development and engagement with other offices
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE in commercial property law
- Strong experience managing own caseload of commercial property matters
- Excellent client care, negotiation, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close knit team
- Commercially minded and proactive approach
