The Firm
Our client is a leading US law firm in the City of London, renowned for its collaborative culture and high-quality legal services. The London office is a dynamic team that values initiative, professionalism, and technical excellence. They are now seeking an experienced Legal PA to join the team.

The Opportunity
The successful Legal PA will provide support to Corporate Partners and Associates in a document-heavy legal environment. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and advanced IT proficiency. Duties to include:

  • Draft, revise, and finalise Word documents, correspondence, briefs, pleadings, reports, and other materials
  • Prepare and revise Adobe and Word forms, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets
  • Proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting
  • Onboard new clients, open matters, draft engagement letters
  • Manage diaries, inboxes, and filing for Partners and Associates across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries
  • Process expenses, assist with billing, and support fee-earners with time recording

This Legal PA position is a full-time, hybrid, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Legal PA/EA within a law firm, ideally in a document-heavy environment
  • Advanced IT skills including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
