RETAIL SECURITY OFFICERS REQUIRED
Compensation: £13.40 - £15.50 per hour (rate varies based on location and store risk assessment)

Position Summary
Mitie is currently recruiting experienced Security Professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and asset protection while maintaining a visible security presence that mitigates disruptive behavior, ensuring a safe environment for both colleagues and customers.
Requirements
- Valid SIA licence is mandatory.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Security Services, Military, or Law Enforcement.
Vetting Process
Candidates must provide a complete 5-year verifiable employment/education history. Incomplete history may result in withdrawal of offer or termination of employment.

- Collaborate with law enforcement and crime reduction partnerships to minimize in-store incidents.
- Utilise Body Worn CCTV equipment to enhance crime prevention efforts and promote colleague and customer safety.
