Asset Intelligence Administrator

Location: Remote

Salary: £24,570 per annum

At the organisation, they believe in delivering exceptional service to their customers and colleagues. As an Asset Intelligence Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring their asset data is accurate, up-to-date, and ready to support important decisions across the business.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for keeping their asset management system (ActiveH) accurate and up-to-date. You'll respond to queries and tasks through their Halo ticketing system, collaborate with development teams to source property component information, and carry out data cleansing and quality checks to maintain high standards. You'll also have the chance to suggest improvements to processes and systems, all while managing your workload to meet agreed targets and service levels.

• Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel (knowledge of formulas like VLOOKUP is a bonus!)

• Excellent attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset

• Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently as well as part of a team

• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
