An Exciting Opportunity:
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Junior Product Developer to join a fast-growing creative agency delivering innovative packaging and accessory solutions across the beauty, health, and lifestyle sectors. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 2 years FMCG experience in product development, NPD, merchandising, or packaging who are ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support packaging and accessory projects from concept to production.
• Coordinate samples, manage feedback, and maintain accurate specifications, Bill of Materials (BOMs), artwork, and costing.
• Liaise with suppliers and factories, including Far East partners.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct competitor and trend research to support product innovation.

Knowledge & Experience:

• 1 2 years FMCG experience in NPD, product development, packaging, merchandising, or supply chain, including BOMs, specifications, and supplier coordination.
• Experience working with Far East suppliers is highly desirable.
• Strong administration, organisation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Illustrator or similar software is a plus.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable working with product data, costs, and timelines.

Salary & Benefits:

• Circa £32,000 DOE
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Free on-site parking
• Hybrid working 1 day per week from home
• Monday Friday, 9am 5:30pm
