Senior Architectural Technologist

My client is a privately owned architectural practice with over 90 staff across three UK offices in Nottingham, Manchester and London. Established around 13 years ago, the practice has grown steadily and sustainably and has been consistently ranked within the Top 10 UK Architects for the past six to seven years. The majority of their work is with long-standing, repeat clients, which provides a stable and varied project pipeline. The work is focused on the industrial sector, delivering complex developments across warehousing, manufacturing, energy from waste, film and TV studios, aviation and transport facilities, and data centres.

They are now seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Nottingham office on a full-time, office-based basis. Industrial sector experience and familiarity with all RIBA Work Stages, as well as Revit and AutoCAD skills, are advantageous but not essential, as support and development will be provided. Candidates must be comfortable working from the office five days a week and live within a 40-minute commute.

Salary for this role is up to 55,000 and comes with a healthy benefits package.
