Principal Town Planner

Location: Wiltshire Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

Having grown to a team of four, they're now looking to bring in a Principal or Associate Town Planner to help shape the next stage of their growth.

• Hybrid Working: 2-3 days a week in the office, the rest is up to you

• Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI)
• Principal or Associate Level experience, with the confidence to mentor junior staff and play a key role in client relationships
• A track record (or clear potential) for business development - while you don't need to bring clients with you, you should be commercially minded
• Someone who values quality over quantity and wants to be part of a team growing in the right way
