Associate Building Surveyor

A leading Multidisciplinary Consultancy are seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with 5+ years' post-qualification experience to join their growing Newcastle team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and deliver a wide range of Building Surveying services across high-profile public and private sector projects, including government, education, infrastructure, commercial, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects and support team operations
• Drive business growth and client relationships
• Deliver surveying services, project management, and contract admin
• Mentor junior surveyors and support APC candidates
• Contribute to bid preparation and work-winning

About You:

• MRICS qualified with a RICS-accredited degree
• Proven consultancy experience and client-facing skills
• Strong communication, commercial awareness, and team spirit
• Willing to travel; proficient in Microsoft Office (AutoCAD a plus)
• Currently Senior, Principal or Associate level
