Site Manager - Steel Frame Apartments

Site/Senior Site Manager wanted for 400 unit flagship residential project in Bolton city centre.

The scheme is a multi storey block of 400 units, including a 5 storey steel frame block with 98 apartments, a posh hotel and a hi rise element for 2027.

It offers a solid package with salary £48,000 £55,000 per year, a car allowance, a bonus and many other benefits.

• Experience building steel frame or LWSF apartment blocks.
• Experience on similar large residential schemes.
• Preferably worked on multi storey or hi rise projects.

• Car allowance.

Hours: Full time
