About you You will be a confident relationship-builder who enjoys getting out into the community, meeting people and turning conversations into meaningful support. You will ideally have at least two years experience within charity fundraising, with experience across one or more areas such as community fundraising, corporate partnerships, major donors, digital fundraising or social media. You will be comfortable making the ask for support, developing fundraising ideas and creating engaging communications. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, alongside the ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively as part of a small team. You will need to be able to travel across the local area, and some occasional evening and weekend working will be required. A DBS check is also required.
