Role Overview

As the Exams Officer, you will ensure the effective and compliant administration, scheduling, and recording of all college examinations. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and organisation of our examination procedures.

9-4:45pm, Monday to Friday

What You'll Do

• Accurately register and monitor students for exams and qualifications
• Schedule and ensure sufficient exam resources, including invigilation
• Prepare and communicate exam timetables to relevant parties on time
• Store, prepare, and issue exam materials in compliance with regulations
• Administer and prepare examination support for students as needed
• Deliver invigilation training and ensure compliance during exams
• Keep up-to-date with awarding organisation regulations and communicate changes to staff
• Maintain accurate student exam records for audits and future reference

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Proficiency in IT, including spreadsheets and word processing
• Previous experience in customer service is essential
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work with limited supervision
