Production Operatives - 4 on 4 off

Location: Bishop's Stortford
Pay Rate: 12 - 13.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off
Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

About the Role:
We are looking for reliable Production/Packing Operatives to join a busy environment. You will be responsible for packing and handling products to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing and preparing items to specification
• Performing quality checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Meeting daily production targets

Requirements:

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rota
• Good attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Previous production or packing experience is desirable but not essential
