Position Details:
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Contract Length: 12 months
- Working Pattern: Full Time
- Salary Range: 35,000 - 45,000 per annum
What You'll Do:
As our Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing service delivery through effective KPI management and PFI contract oversight. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading performance analysis and reporting to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborating with teams to develop and implement strategies for improvement.
- Monitoring and managing KPIs to drive continuous service improvement.
- Engaging with stakeholders to promote a culture of performance excellence.
What We're Looking For:

- Strong experience in PFI contracts.
