The Role

As a Grower, you'll support the Head Grower with the day-to-day growing and management of crops within a commercial horticulture nursery. This role blends hands-on growing with monitoring, planning, and continuous improvement, offering an excellent platform to build technical horticultural skills.

This role isn't just about growing plants - it's about learning best practices, improving quality, and contributing to a business that takes pride in its people and products.
