Commercial Property Solicitor - Leeds

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial property solicitor with development experience to join a busy Leeds team. Working alongside the lead development partner, you'll be handling high-quality transactions for key clients and gaining exposure to a broad range of commercial and residential development work.
The Role
This is a hands-on position where you will:
Advise on residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects
Handle high-value development transactions, including planning and statutory agreements
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
Support the growth of the team and contribute to the firm's development strategy
Your Experience
We are looking for candidates with:
Approximately 3-6 years post-qualification experience in commercial property
A proven ability to work independently and "hit the ground running"
Experience with development work and a solid understanding of planning/statutory agreements
A willingness to grow a network of professional contacts and attend relevant industry events
