Stores and Fleet Coordinator

Marble Talent Group is excited to be recruiting for a Fleet and Stores Coordinator to join a busy and well-established team based in Westbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to take ownership of fleet and stores operations!

Responsbilities

Fleet:

• Vehicle audits, servicing, repairs, MOTs, and replacements
• Fleet system updates, driver checks, insurance, fuel cards, and penalties
• Tracker management, vehicle allocation, breakdown support, and accident claims
• Supplier liaison, compliance, and fleet policy updates

Stores:

• Opening premises and managing deliveries and collections
• Ordering, receiving, issuing, and auditing stock, tools, PPE, and uniforms
• Stock control, discrepancy resolution, and budget support
• Health & safety checks, calibration records, and site upkeep
• Ordering office, kitchen, bathroom, and water supplies

Personal Requirement:

• Strong organisation and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Confident working independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence

Salary: £30k - 40k depending on experience

Hours: 6.30am - 3.30pm
