Operations Assistant Air Freight & Customs

We are currently looking for an Operations Assistant to join a busy and growing logistics team.

Key duties include:

• Booking flights with airlines and agents
• Raising export customs entries on CDS (Descartes)
• Manifesting, pre-alerting flights, and raising MAWBs
• Liaising with HMRC on customs amendments and statuses
• Warehouse support including labelling, bagging, and shipment checks
