Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and day to day guidance to junior and intermediate engineers
- Lead the technical delivery of projects, ensuring outputs are reviewed, validated and meet quality standards
- Act as a key client facing contact, managing technical relationships and project expectations
- Take ownership of the technical aspects of major and complex projects
- Support the wider team through knowledge sharing and collaborative working
What They're Looking For
- An experienced Electrical Engineer from a building services consultancy background
- Proven experience delivering projects with a hands on approach to technical design
- A consistent career history with a desire to build a long term role within one organisation
- UK residency with the ability to work from a London based office
- Well developed technical design and project management skills
