The FirmOur client, a leading Global law firm are seeking a Legal PA to provide proactive, high-level support to the Managing Partner and Partner of their Digital Legal Delivery practice group, and play a pivotal role in keeping one of the firm's most strategic teams operating seamlessly.
The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly professional and proactive Legal PA to support the Belfast-based Managing Partner and Partner within the Digital Legal Delivery practice group, as well as providing support to the London-based Practice Manager. The role will suit someone who operates at a true business-partner level and is confident working independently in a fast-paced, complex environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the practice. Duties to include:
- Providing high-level executive support to the Managing Partner and Partner
- Supporting the Practice Manager and wider Digital Legal Delivery team
- Managing complex diaries, inboxes, and meeting coordination
- Delivering effective project management support across practice initiatives
- Handling work prioritisation across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Preparing, formatting and managing documentation and correspondence
- Coordinating with Belfast and London-based teams to ensure seamless support
- Maintaining exceptionally high standards of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
This Legal PA opportunity is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday 9.30am -5.30pm.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Legal PA or equivalent senior support role within a law firm
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
