Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, growing utilities business, in a Renewals and Retention Advisor position.

The role would suit someone with strong communication skills, who is good at building relationships in a B2B environment.

Our client is looking for a motivated, resilient individual with excellent influencing and negotiation skills - someone who is committed to maintaining high customer satisfaction and business growth.

Ideally with proven experience in a customer service or sales role.

Key reponsibilities include:

  • Proactively contact customers prior to contract expiry to discuss renewal options and negotiate terms to secure contract renewals.

  • Implement retention strategies to ensure a high level of customer loyalty and reduce churn.

  • Handle customer queries and concerns regarding their contracts, providing solutions that meet their needs while aligning with company objectives.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during the renewal process.

  • Analyse customer feedback and work with the management team to improve products and services.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly renewal targets.

Full time or 30-35 hrs/week, working in a friendly flexible office in Bicester (possibility for one day working from home too).
