Our client is looking for a motivated, resilient individual with excellent influencing and negotiation skills - someone who is committed to maintaining high customer satisfaction and business growth.
Ideally with proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
Key reponsibilities include:
Proactively contact customers prior to contract expiry to discuss renewal options and negotiate terms to secure contract renewals.
Implement retention strategies to ensure a high level of customer loyalty and reduce churn.
Handle customer queries and concerns regarding their contracts, providing solutions that meet their needs while aligning with company objectives.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during the renewal process.
Analyse customer feedback and work with the management team to improve products and services.
Achieve or exceed monthly renewal targets.
Full time or 30-35 hrs/week, working in a friendly flexible office in Bicester (possibility for one day working from home too).
